1. Voluntary Participation

2. Health & Medical Clearance

I declare that I am in suitable physical condition to participate. I take responsibility for informing the instructor of any condition that may affect my ability.

3. Assumption of Risk

I understand that physical activity involves inherent risks of injury. I accept these risks and release Didi Fit Club and its instructors from any liability.

4. Personal Responsibility

I commit to following the instructor's directions and to stopping if I feel pain or discomfort. I am responsible for working within my own limits.

Optional Consents

I consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during classes for Didi Fit Club promotional purposes.
