Payment Terms & Refund Policy

These Payment Terms ("Payment Terms") govern payments for services provided through the website https://www.didifitclub.com, owned and operated by IAOPSTIMAI S.L., trading as Didi Fit Club ("we", "us", or "our").
These Payment Terms form an integral part of our Terms of Service and together with our Privacy Policy govern your use of our services.
Services and Pricing
Didi Fit Club offers the following paid services. Current pricing is displayed on the relevant pages of the Website.
Studio Classes
- Drop-In Barre — single class purchase
- Weekly Barre Plan — 1 class per week
- Twice-a-Week Barre Plan — 2 classes per week
- Didi Power — single class purchase
Studio plan pricing and billing frequency are displayed on the Studio page.
Didi Fit Online
- An ongoing subscription providing access to the on-demand video library, nutrition guide, and 12-week kickstart program
- Subscription pricing and commitment options (monthly, 6-month, annual) are displayed on the Didi Fit Online page
- All content is unlocked from day one of your subscription
Retreats
- Retreat pricing, deposit requirements, and payment schedules are communicated at the time of booking for each specific retreat
Teacher Training
- Program fees are communicated to accepted applicants
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), our third-party payment processor. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your full payment card details.
All prices are listed and charged in Euros (€). Applicable taxes (including VAT where required by law) are included in or added to the displayed prices as required.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Studio Classes
- You may cancel a class booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled class time at no charge.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class are not eligible for refund or credit.
- No-shows are not eligible for refund or credit.
Didi Fit Online Subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
- No partial or pro-rata refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
- EU Right of Withdrawal: If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date and receive a full refund. However, if you begin accessing the digital content (video library, nutrition guide) during the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you may lose this right of withdrawal, as permitted under EU consumer law for digital content.
Retreats
- Retreat cancellation policies, including deposit refund terms and cancellation deadlines, are specific to each retreat and will be communicated at the time of booking.
- In general:
- Cancellation more than 60 days before the retreat: full refund minus a processing fee
- Cancellation 30–60 days before the retreat: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat: no refund
- If Didi Fit Club cancels a retreat, participants will be offered a full refund or alternative dates.
Teacher Training
- Refund policies for the Teacher Training program are communicated to accepted applicants with their acceptance offer.
Billing and Recurring Charges
- For subscription services (Didi Fit Online, weekly/monthly studio plans), your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period.
- You can manage your subscription and payment method through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your profile page.
- If a payment fails, we will notify you and may pause your access until the payment issue is resolved.
Self-Service Billing
Through the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from your profile), you can:
- Update your payment method
- View past invoices
- Cancel your subscription
Changes to Pricing
We may update our pricing from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing period, not retroactively. Existing subscriptions will honor the price at which they were purchased until the next renewal.
General Provisions
These Payment Terms constitute the entire understanding between you and us regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for our services. We may modify these Payment Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Controlling Version
These Payment Terms have been drafted in English, which is the original and controlling version. Translations into other languages are for convenience only.
