I'm Adi, though most people know me by my nickname — Didi. Certified Lotte Berk instructor, personal trainer, and creator of Didi Power.

My Story

How I Found My Method

I often say my life splits neatly into two phases: before I discovered Esther Fairfax, and after. For years, I worked in fitness as a Reformer Pilates instructor and wellness entrepreneur, always searching for something I could truly connect with — something to champion that would make a real impact on people's lives.

During this search, I came across Barre. I loved the concept of a methodical, dance-based workout set to music, yet eager to find the very best version, I was often disappointed by inconsistent execution. That changed when I found Esther.

Meeting an 85-year-old woman who looked 60, I knew I'd found the root of what I was seeking.

Under Esther's guidance — and through Master Trainer Sophie Ritchie — I completed an intensive, hands-on course in London, culminating in a formal exam in Esther's own living room. I committed to teaching the class exactly as she taught me: faithful to Lotte Berk's original vision.

A New Chapter

From Tel Aviv to Madrid

In July 2023, my partner and I, along with our three children, relocated to Madrid. It was a leap of faith — leaving behind everything familiar to start fresh in a city we'd fallen in love with.

I set up my studio in Chamartín and began teaching again. From the very first class, I knew Madrid was exactly where I was meant to be. The women who walked through my door were hungry for exactly what I had to offer: real method, real results, real connection.

The Evolution

Why I Created Didi Power

As I continued to guide women through the transformative Barre method, my understanding of the female body evolved further. Entering my 40s, I realized that while Barre provides unparalleled posture, flexibility, and core connection, women in our prime require something more to truly thrive.

We need to build density. We need resilience.

This realization birthed the Power method. Based on the latest research for women over 40, I integrated heavy strength training into my studio's DNA. Today, my mission is to provide the complete package: the grace and alignment of Original Barre, combined with the muscle mass and longevity benefits of science-based strength training.

Every Class Is Different. Every Class Is Yours.

My sessions carry on Lotte's legacy: they're fun, uplifting, challenging, and paired with music I handpick to fit each part of the workout. No two classes are ever the same.

My classes are intimate and hands-on. I ensure each person feels supported through every subtle adjustment and gradual yet powerful change. In every exercise, I emphasize not only the technical aspect but your own understanding of your body — where your energy is coming from and where it's flowing.

I use different imagery to enhance your control of each phase of the session. It's never just about the movement — it's about connecting to the why behind it.
