Two Classes, One Transformation

At my studios in Madrid, I teach two complementary class types - Original Barre and Didi Power. Small group sessions mean personal attention for every student, whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned athlete. All fitness levels are welcome.

Original Barre

The Original Barre Method

A 60-minute class rooted in the original Lotte Berk method - small, precise, dance-inspired movements at the ballet barre. Every exercise is designed to sculpt, lengthen, and strengthen your body through isometric holds and controlled range of motion.

Expect a challenging yet graceful workout that targets muscles you didn't know you had. No prior dance experience needed - just a willingness to discover what your body can do.

Didi Power

Didi Power

A strength-focused class built on functional movement and science-based training. Designed especially for women in their 30s, 40s, and beyond, Didi Power builds the kind of strength that supports your body for life - not just for the mirror.

This class complements the Original Barre beautifully. Where Barre sculpts with precision, Power builds with purpose. Together, they create a complete fitness foundation.

Your First Class

What to Bring

No experience needed - just show up and I'll take care of the rest. Here's all you need to get started.

Grip Socks / Shoes & Gloves

Grip socks for Barre; trainer shoes and gloves for Power. Available for purchase at the studio.

Yoga Mat

Bring your own mat for floor work. I also have extras if you forget yours.

All Levels Welcome

Every exercise has modifications. I'll guide you personally from your very first class.
